Space Force Executive Communication Consultant

Position Description:
The Executive Communications Consultant provides high ‐ impact communication support to senior USSF leadership, crafting speeches, testimony, briefings, and written materials that articulate mission, vision, and strategic priorities for installations and logistics. The role prepares executives for congressional and public testimony, develops talking points and engagement materials, and ensures consistent messaging across internal and external audiences. The consultant translates complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive communication and strengthens organizational positioning with stakeholders and partners.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Executive ‐ Level Writing Expertise - Proven ability to craft speeches, testimony, and strategic messaging.
• Strategic Communication Judgment - Ability to align messaging with organizational priorities and leadership intent.
• Installations & Logistics Familiarity - Skilled at translating technical concepts into accessible narratives.
• Stakeholder Engagement Skills - Experience supporting senior leaders in public, congressional, and partner engagements.
• High ‐ Impact Briefing Development - Ability to produce concise, persuasive materials for diverse audiences.

Preferred Skills:

• Headquarters experience with staffing approval packages for facility requirements.
• Civil Engineer experience in the US Air Force or US Space Force highly desired.
