Position Description:
The Enterprise Real Estate Program Management Services role oversees USSF wide real property portfolio management, optimization, and execution across DAF installations. The position aligns Space Force real estate assets with long term mission needs through data driven analysis, strategic transactions, and facility/land utilization planning. The manager coordinates with DAF leadership, AFCEC, base commanders, and external partners to execute real estate actions and maintain accountability for leases, easements, and non excess property. Requires senior level experience in DoD/DAF real property lifecycle management, portfolio optimization, and federal privatization programs.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• DAF/DoD Real Property Expertise - 8-10+ years in federal real property lifecycle management and installation level execution.
• Portfolio Optimization & Analytics - Ability to analyze, prioritize, and optimize enterprise real estate assets.
• Federal Real Estate Transactions - Experience with leases, easements, non excess land actions, and privatization programs.
• Stakeholder Coordination - Skilled at working with DAF, AFCEC, base leadership, and external mission partners.
• Policy & Compliance Knowledge - Understanding of DAF governance, accountability standards, and reporting requirements.

Preferred Skills:

• Headquarters experience with staffing approval packages for facility requirements.
• Civil Engineer experience in the US Air Force or US Space Force highly desired.
