Case Manager (Mandarin Speaking)

We are currently seeking a "Clinical Care Guide" for a Full time / permanent role with one of our clients based in Peoria, AZ. Please apply if you would be interested and available for it.

Duration: Full Time / Permanent
Salary Range: $85000 - $90000/Annum
Location: Peoria, AZ / Onsite

Job Description:

• Excellent interpersonal skills to include maintaining courteous, friendly and effective communications with patients, team members and external parties.
• A Basic Life Saving (BLS) certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Interest in furthering education/certification.
• Electronic Medical Records experience.
• Customer service orientation and experience.
• Strong communication skills across multiple modalities.
• Exceptional organizing skills, detail-orientation
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Active AZ fingerprint clearance card.
• Language proficiency: Mandarin (Must Have)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Clinical background: Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), etc.
• Proficiency with other health care related software platforms.
• High degree of independence, flexibility, initiative, and commitment.
