Program Manager

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a to support a company focused on advanced aerospace, defense, and mission-critical product development. This position is on-site in . The Program Manager will lead cross-functional efforts to drive new product development from concept through production while building and standardizing a new internal product organization. This is a high-impact role where you'll help shape the future of product innovation within a highly regulated, cutting-edge environment.

• Lead development of a new internal product organization and establish scalable processes
• Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, operations, manufacturing, finance, and supply chain
• Oversee full product lifecycle from concept through production and commercialization
• Manage program schedules, risks, budgets, and performance reporting to executive leadership
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and develop product strategy and roadmap

• 8+ years of experience in program management, product development, or engineering leadership
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments
• Strong cross-functional leadership, including Agile/product development methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or related field
• Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

Salary Range: $140,000 - $180,000 depending on experience
