You will be the Systems Engineer Staff - Level 4 for the Advanced Development Program (ADP) Skunk Works which is responsible for delivering cutting-edge aerospace solutions.
As the Systems Engineer Staff (ADP Skunk Works) - Level 4 you will be responsible for providing end-to-end systems engineering support across the ADP product line, driving technical trade studies, and managing control accounts.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing systems-engineering support including requirements tracking, risk management, architecture evaluation, and airworthiness.
- Conducting technical trade studies and ensure requirements are formulated, decomposed, flowed-down, and traced.
- Collaborating with senior engineers, suppliers, and users to integrate technical solutions and generate verification-validation plans.
- Managing scope, schedule, and budget for assigned Control Accounts, acting as liaison between subcontract managers, finance, and program management.
- Serving as the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) point of contact, providing direction and oversight for the accounts you manage.

You are a motivated engineer with a strong foundation in systems-engineering principles and a proven ability to manage complex projects. You excel at problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement, integrating technical expertise with program execution to succeed in fast-paced aerospace environments.
This role requires up to 25% travel domestically to support program objectives.

- Bachelors or Masters Degree from an accredited university in Engineering or STEM field.

-Experience in complex decision making and problem-solving

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
