You are a collaborative engineering professional with a strong grasp of technical scope, cost, and schedule management. You excel at cross-functional communication, problem solving, and driving team performance in a high-stakes aerospace environment. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
• Minimum 14 years professional experience in a related discipline
• BS in Engineering or alternate STEM major with technical experience
• Project Engineering/technical experience
• Secret or higher security clearance with Special Access Programs
• EVMS and / or CAM certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.'
• Excellent presentation skills.
• F-35 Program Experience
• Experience developing project plans, basis-of-estimates, and integrated master schedules.
• Experience working with PDM and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Project, Excel).
• Experience with contract modifications proposals
• Experience leading a team and a large project.
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
