This position will be part of the Environmental Safety & Health team supporting the F-35 Aeronautics Field Sustainment (AFS) Interim Contract Support (ICS) operations at Luke AFB, AZ.

You are a multi-faceted teammate able to communicate and function effectively on an engineering team to create a collaborative environment that allows for the establishment of mission goals. - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college with 3+ years related experience.
- Experience as 5 skill level in USAF Air Force Specialty Code (AFSC), Navy Enlisted Classification (NEC), Marine Military Occupational Specialty (MOS), or Army Military MOS aircraft maintenance discipline
- At least 3 years minimum experience with military flight line aircraft operations and associated safety program requirements
- Experience with Air Force Occupational Safety and Health (AFOSH), Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), Flightline Safety, Fall Protection, Foreign Object Damage (FOD) and Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) programs
- Ability to work a flexible shift schedule
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Understand application of safety principles, concepts, practices, and standards to include knowledge of industry and company practices
- Understanding of military fighter aircraft systems, aircraft maintenance activities, and high tempo flight operations
- Knowledge and understanding of USAF 21-101, AFMAN 91-203
- Prior fifth generation aircraft maintenance and flight operational experience a plus
- Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
