Job Description
Job Number 733175BR
The Aircraft Media Gateway program enables the P-8A aircraft to deliver advanced maritime and littoral Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities, equipping the United States Navy to effectively counter existing, evolving, and emerging threats.
As a member of our team, you will work in an agile scrum development environment, where you will design and develop technically complex software systems. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the generation of reliable and reproducible media builds.
Additionally, you will provide support for external network interfaces for data ingest and offload, as well as hardware rack builds. Working with the rest of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining the program lab infrastructure and performing on-site hardware installs and integration.
Success in this role requires the ability to effectively interact with and present to various stakeholders, including internal leadership, external customers, and cross-functional teams.
Team-oriented engineers who are comfortable communicating technical capabilities to both internal and external audiences are encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university and over 3 years of experience or a master's degree with no additional experience.
You will be joining Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems
