Job Description
Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey-before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.

The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $151,500 to $252,500. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
Work You'll Do
- Support the stand-up and early implementation of a new office or initiative within federal environment.
- Develop strategic plans, roadmaps, and change management approaches for enterprise-level initiatives.
- Coordinate across senior stakeholders, synthesize complex issues, and translate strategy into actionable recommendations, policies, and governance mechanisms.
- Develop strategic plans, briefings, information papers, and executive-level updates.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Secret clearance
- 5+ years' P&R experience
- Ability to travel up to 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
