Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support enterprise IT initiatives for a federal program in support of the U.S. Marine Corps. This role is responsible for leading network infrastructure and modernization projects, partnering closely with engineering teams to plan and execute upgrades, migrations, and new capability deployments across a large-scale DoD environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise network and infrastructure projects (upgrades, migrations, modernization efforts).
- Coordinate with network engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams to implement planned changes.
- Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables (IMS, timelines, dependencies).
- Oversee cutover planning and execution for network deployments and system changes.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with DoD and program requirements, including change management and security standards.
- Provide status reporting and briefings to government stakeholders and program leadership.
- Support continuous improvement of processes, tools, and delivery frameworks.

Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in IT project or program management.
- Proven experience managing network or infrastructure-related projects (LAN/WAN, data center, telecom, cloud, etc.).
- Background in DoD or federal IT environments.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems and network architecture concepts.
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams.
- Bachelors degree in IT or Business Management related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification (highly preferred)
- Familiarity with network engineering concepts (routing, switching, firewalls, transport)
- Experience with large-scale, multi-site deployments
- Knowledge of DoD cybersecurity and RMF processes
