Credence has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant who will be primarily responsible for supporting the Air Force Research Laboratory Sensors Directorate (AFRL/RF) directorate at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.

Salary Range: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's experience, education, skills, and overall qualifications.

Credence has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant who will be primarily responsible for supporting the Air Force Research Laboratory Sensors Directorate (AFRL/RF) directorate at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below
- Business Analyst for the Chief Scientist and Chief Engineer acts as the liaison between executive scientific/engineering leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Responsible for driving business strategies, optimizing operational efficiency, and translating complex technical visions into actionable, data-driven business plans.
- Provide strategic planning expertise in collaboration with the Chief Scientist and Chief Engineer to translate scientific and technical roadmaps into business strategies and tactical plans.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new scientific and technological opportunities and risks and perform cost-benefit analyses to inform executive decisions on R&D investment, resource allocation, and project prioritization.
- Conduct performance monitoring and reporting; develop and implement metrics (KPIs) to track the performance of R&D and engineering projects, including budget, schedule, and technical quality; create regular reports, dashboards, and visualizations for executive leadership to communicate project status, performance, and trends; provide variance analysis and forecasting to predict future outcomes and mitigate potential risks.
- Provide process and requirements management by gathering and documenting detailed business, functional, and technical requirements from stakeholders across science and engineering teams.
- Analyze current workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements and upport the implementation of new systems and processes, ensuring they align with the strategic goals of the Chief Scientist and Chief Engineer.
- Act as the primary communication bridge between technical teams (scientists, engineers) and non-technical stakeholders (finance, marketing, legal).
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive consensus, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment on project goals.
- Communicate complex scientific or engineering concepts to a diverse audience in a clear and concise manner.
- Clearance: Secret
- Master's degree and ten (10) years of experience, five (5) of which must be in DoD or,
- Bachelor's degree and twelve (12) years of experience, five (5) of which must be in DoD or,
- Fifteen years (15) of relevant work experience, eight (8) of which must be in DoD
- Possess a unique blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and business savvy to support high-level decision-making for research and development (R&D) and product engineering
Salary Range: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's experience, education, skills, and overall qualifications.
