As a Truck Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our operations. Your responsibilities will involve the careful handling and transportation of packages, including fragile materials such as aircraft parts and luggage. You will be expected to prioritize safety and effective communication while working collaboratively in a team environment. Additionally, you must hold a valid state driver's license, as your commitment to adhering to established procedures and regulations will be essential in maintaining compliance and ensuring the safe operation of vehicles.   • Manually pick, sort, load, and unload packages up to twenty feet long and weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of proper load securement procedures using ropes, straps, chains, ratchet binders, and tarps, as well as hand trucks, carts, and pallet jacks for certain loads.
  • Handle fragile materials, including aircraft parts and luggage, with care.
  • Collaborate effectively in a team environment, prioritizing safety, communication, and customer service.
  • Adhere to all Boeing documented processes regarding employee expectations, including dress codes and vehicle maintenance.
  • Operate vehicles safely, strictly following all Boeing, federal, state, county, and local regulations to avoid CSA violations.
  • Participate in safety, quality, and delivery improvement initiatives.
  • Perform pilot car duties when required.
  • Be flexible to work at any location and shift within the Puget Sound Region, including mandatory weekend overtime as needed.
  • Maintain physical capability to sit, stand, push, pull, and reach frequently throughout the workday.



  • Perform physical tasks that include lifting weights ranging from 10-15 lbs to 15-35 lbs.
  • Engage in various movements such as reaching, handling, turning, twisting, lifting, lowering, climbing, balancing, bending, kneeling, crouching, and squatting.
  • Work in environments that may involve contact with metals, solvents, and coolants.
  • Operate in proximity to moving parts and tools, sharp cutters, and potential slipping hazards.
  • Adapt to varying noise levels and atmospheric conditions.
  • Utilize personal safety gear to protect face/eyes, hands/arms, and feet while performing job duties.









  • Have a valid Washington State Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • 5 + years of Class A commercial driving experience.
  • Ability to lift 35 to 40 pounds repeatedly throughout shift.
  • Ability to effectively drive a 13-speed manual transmission tractor.
  • 3 + years of experience with portable communication devices including radios, phones, tablets, and hand-held GPS devices, etc.
  • Must not have a "Manual Transmission Equipped CMV -E restriction" on your CDL (Commercial Driver's License).
  • Ability to obtain the following endorsements: Hazmat - H, Tank - N, Doubles/Triples - T, Passenger P.



  • 3+ years of experience driving or operating flatbed trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Ability to properly inspect and apply tie-downs, straps, chains/binders and rope to ensure cargo safety during transport.




Successful candidates for this position must successfully complete the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.



High school graduate or GED preferred.

This is an hourly position governed by the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (IBT-174) Collective Bargaining agreement.
