Job Description
Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a skilled and mission-driven to oversee the design, development, and delivery of technical solutions for federal government programs. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, leadership in guiding engineering teams, and experience working within secure environments and structured government frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of federal IT systems, hold an active security clearance, and be comfortable interfacing with both technical staff and government stakeholders.

- 📅 , including 2+ years in a leadership or lead engineer role
- 🧰 Proficiency in relevant technologies (e.g., cloud platforms, endpoint management, cybersecurity, software development, systems integration)
- 🗂 Experience supporting federal agencies such as DoD, DHS, VA, or civilian agencies
- Familiarity with federal frameworks (e.g., RMF, FedRAMP, DoD STIGs, NIST 800-53)
- 🧪 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to translate mission needs into technical solutions
