- Supporting the Program Manager in day-to-day execution of program activities.
- Establishing and maintaining an accurate cost accounting system and performing cost-benefit and economic evaluations of programs..
- Managing hardware and software configurations and leading the technical management teams located at client sites.
- Establishing and controlling the program product baseline.
- Implementing and overseeing a Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) program.
- Advising on work distribution, staffing levels, and skills alignment.
- Recommending enhancements to organizational methods and procedures.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Similar Field.
- Experience with Accounting, Budgeting, or Auditing in a government setting.
- 7+ years of experience as a Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager or similar role on contracts of similar size and complexity.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, subcontractor and vendor relationships.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with DOD and military/civilian personnel.
- Willingness to travel within the geographic Area of Responsibility (AOR).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or DAWIA PM Level II certification.
- Must have a current/active TS/SCI security clearance
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Must occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Must be able to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, and exchange accurate information clearly in these situations.
