Leidos is on the hunt for a seasoned Cyber Intelligence Instructor/Developer to support the United States Air Force in San Antonio, TX. The selected candidate provides professional military instruction for the 39th Information Operations Squadron (Detachment 1), 16th Air Force, at Kelly Annex, Joint Base San Antonio Lackland (JBSA), on behalf of Air Combat Command (ACC) and United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM), and the Department of War (DOW) instructing the Cyber Threat Intelligence Analysis Course (CTIAC). Position requires a current TS/SCI security clearance on day 1.
The Cyber Intelligence Instructor/Instructor Developer provides course development and instruction to DOW personnel to fulfill requirements for the Cyber Intelligence Formal Training Unit (CIFTU), and prepares course materials and develops training exercises, and keeps curriculums up to date with technology, systems, and tools updates in accordance with USCYBERCOM requirements, while also facilitating academic tests and student creation of pre-mission briefings, meeting CTIAC course requirements. The CTIAC instructor conducts lesson preparation of CTIAC course modules that range from USCYBERCOM and National Cyber Strategy, to Cyber Threat Intelligence Analysis, Joint and Cyber Collection Management, and Joint and Cyber Targeting Processes, during the 5-week CTIAC course, that slates four to five courses per calendar year. Off-course weeks entail CTIAC instructors reviewing lessons learned from the previous course and preparing tasked lessons for the upcoming CTIAC course. CTIAC instructors are certified by the 39th IOS (Det 1) Instructor Methodology Course, and are required to sustain Instructor qualification standards, in accordance with the USAF and 39th IOS Instructor Operating Guide, that includes the completion of the Instructor Systems Design Course (ISD) within the first year of hire.
CTIAC instructors are required to be well versed in current USCYBERCOM Cyber Threat Intelligence Operations that leverage Cyber Threat Intelligence processes, tools, and an array of classified and unclassified intelligence holdings to share best practicing procedures with Joint Force Cyber students.

- Active TS/SCI security clearance on day 1.
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience or Master’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- The candidate will be required to obtain the following upon hire: 1. Attend, complete, and graduate from the Cyber Threat Intelligence Analysis Course (CTIAC), prior to commencing duties as a CTIAC instructor. 2. Attend, complete, and graduate from the 39th IOS (Det 1) USAF Instructor Methodology Course (IMC), prior to commencing duties as a CTIAC instructor. 3. Attend and complete the 2.5 week online 39th IOS Instructor Systems Design Course (ISD), within the first year of hire. 4. Attain and sustain a Qualification Evaluation Rating of Q2 (80%-89% equivalent) or above as a USAF certified instructor as per the 39th IOS Instructor Evaluation Guide.
- Intelligence support to Cyber targeting or targeting experience is preferred
