Description:The Project Manager on the Operations Engineering team in Greenville, SC, plays a critical role in driving operational excellence across our F-16 Aircraft production and manufacturing facilities.
What You Will Be Doing
• This position supports key aerospace programs by analyzing Continuous Improvement opportunities and enhancing processes implementing lean six sigma solutions.
• Facilitates workshops and project initiatives, and implements efficiency improvements that directly impact quality, performance, cost, and safety.
• Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and contribute to the overall success of our operations.

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Must be able to obtain and maintain required security clearance.
This position is in Greenville, SC Discover Greenville.
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum Education/Experience: 1+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline.
• Continuous-Improvement exposure: Proven participation in Kaizen events, Lean-Six Sigma workshops, or other systematic improvement initiatives.
• Production/Manufacturing background: Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment (e.g., CNC, assembly lines, additive-manufacturing, or robotics).
• Multi-project management: Demonstrated ability to lead and track multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability and willingness to learn Lean tools and LM PMT structures.
Desired Skills:
• Completion of Lean Practitioner or basic CI coursework.
• Experience participating on a PMT or a support team.
• Familiarity with production operations, quality basics, and engineering workflows
• Demonstrated ability to lead and support engagement activities (morale, recognition, team participation).
• Strong customer-service mindset.
• Interest in developing coaching and facilitation skills.
• Passion & optimism for improvement in Continuous Improvement, site knowledge, and culture.
• Hold or ability to obtain a DOD Security Clearance
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
