You will be the Manufacturing Associate Manager - Level 4 for the F-16 Build Team which is responsible for leading and inspiring a skilled team in the completion of F-16V Block 70 Mate fuselage structures.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience in a Aviation Production/Manufacturing environment or Maintenance, Modification, Repair and Overhaul (MMRO) Operations.
• Systems (Electrical, Mechanical, Life Support, Etc.) operation knowledge and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience leading a team(s) to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues.
• Experience with business metrics (cost, schedule, and/or quality)
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited College
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Ability to create, interpret, and utilize metrics related to performance.
• Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.
• SAP experience or equivalent.
• Ability to understand budget for the department and budget performance expressed in realization and/or durations.
• Demonstrated ability to create, monitor and report on all executive operations metrics.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and 5S or 6S methodology and implementation.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).
• Prior experience on 4th Generation (F-16/F-15/F-18/Ect.) or 5th Generation platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact at all levels.
• Ability to Lead and Operate in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience in manufacturing/production methodologies & Aircraft maintenance techniques.

- Lead all aspects of the business - safety, quality, schedule, cost, resources, logistics, equipment, and process - to ensure on-time, FOD-free production.
- Coach and develop supervisors and team members, fostering continuous improvement and a high-performing workforce.
- Manage financial control plans, schedules, and EVMS metrics to meet baseline and budget targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with the DCMA customer, FACO team, and Program Office.
- Identify and mitigate manufacturing risks, resolve complex technical issues, and implement corrective action plans quickly.
