Job Description:
The Timely Progress Review (TPR) Reviewer is responsible for evaluating beneficiary-submitted documentation and EN/SVRA-provided information to determine whether individuals meet SSA’s timely progress requirements. This position conducts detailed case reviews, validates employment and earnings information, accesses administrative records, and enters determinations into iTOPSS within required timeframes.
Reviewers must ensure accuracy, maintain compliance with the 10âbusinessâday processing requirement, and identify cases requiring follow-up, re-entry, or documentation clarification.
Notes: Handles the core case-processing workload; volume-driven position.
Required Skills:
- Review beneficiary/EN/SVRA submissions; validate work and earnings; record determinations; meet 10âday SLA.
- 2–4 years in case review, eligibility determination, claims processing, or benefits administration.
Education:
Associate degree or 2 years relevant experience; Bachelor's preferred.
