Sr. UX Designer
Location: Remote
Required Clearance: Public Trust

Job Responsibilities:
- Translating client needs into innovative product design features.
- Collaborating with a team of product managers, developers, and testers, you will create wireframes and mockups, conduct market and user research, and ensure a cohesive design across web and mobile platforms.
- Your creative vision and ability to think innovatively will be crucial in generating solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
Required Skills:
- At least four years of relevant UX design experience.
- Proven UI/UX design experience, preferably with SaaS applications.
- Proficiency in UI/UX design principles and tools.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies—Scrum and Kanban in particular.
- Knowledge and practical experience with Lean UX methods and tools.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of college or 2 years of relevant experience.
