Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the video production process—from pre- to post-production.
• Video Production: Plan, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content for various platforms, including YouTube, social media, and websites.
• Content Strategy: Develop and implement video content strategies that align with our brand's goals and target audience.
• Video Innovation: Lead innovation in video editing techniques and stay current with emerging trends to create visually compelling content that sets EPIC apart. Experiment with new editing styles, motion graphics, and visual effects while maintaining brand consistency and professional quality across all video outputs.
• Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that resonate with our audience and effectively communicate our brand message.
• Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate video content into broader digital marketing campaigns.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze video performance metrics to optimize content and strategy.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure cohesive and effective content. 

Required Skills:

• Videographers with at least 5+ years of professional experience in video production and editing, with experience leading and overseeing the video strategy - from pre- to post-production.
