Operating Systems
Hands-on administration of:
- Windows

System Administration
Experience with:

Service Desk Leadership

- Mentoring junior Help Desk personnel
- Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Creating technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Coordinating with Network, Cloud, and Cybersecurity teams
- Providing exceptional customer service
Preferred Certifications
One or more of the following is highly desirable:
- CompTIA Security+
- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (or equivalent)
- Apple Certified IT Professional
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (or higher)
- ITIL Foundation
- AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate
Preferred Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
Security Requirements
Candidates must:
- Be a U.S. Citizen
- Successfully complete an FBI fingerprint/background investigation
- Complete required CBO cybersecurity training before beginning work
