The successful candidate will assist the Government Program Manager and Government Engineers in the day-to-day planning and execution activities of their assigned programs. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage schedules, and the capability to provide comprehensive support for program milestones.

Full-Time Salary Range: $120874 - $205486
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- 10 yrs experience in Program Management, 8 years with MS
- Demonstrates proactive initiative in identifying and addressing challenges, consistently driving projects forward with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-directed; works independently and is familiar with Air Force and Government processes.
- Familiarity with statutory and regulatory documentation requirements
- Proven experience in program management, preferably in a Program Office environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Office
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelors degree in relevant field (e.g. Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering) or equivalent experience
- Warfighting Acquisitions University (WAU)
- Acquisitions Experience
- PMP
- Familiarity with Regulatory and Statutory documentation requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
