Job Description

As a Security Guard Armed Rover Driver Security Clearance in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic aerospace and defense location as an armed patrol officer in a driving post. In this role, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Day Time Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Wed 11:30 AM - 06:00 PM Thur 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to an armed post at a defense industry location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, deliveries, and/or visitor activity in accordance with site protocols for a regulated aerospace and defense environment.
• Support incident reporting, post order compliance, and preparedness activities while maintaining a professional presence in varying indoor and outdoor working conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 2 or more years of security-related experience.
• Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience, or possess a college degree.
• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Texas Level III Armed Certification.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
