Material Handler

This person will mainly perform escorting duties along with physical tasks to transport or store materials or merchandise. Duties involve one or more of the following: escorting non-cleared persons throughout the facility as needed, manually loading or unloading freight cars, trucks, or other transporting devices; unpacking, shelving, or placing items in proper storage locations; or transporting goods by hand truck, cart, or wheelbarrow.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver and distribute materials in a professional and courteous manner
• Support inventory control and the movement of materials
• Assists with general building facilities support tasks
• Maintain a safe clean environment at all times
• Escort visitors in and out of the building

Requirements

• General computer knowledge
• Good customer service skills
• Active Secret Clearance

The anticipated pay for this role is $17.58/hr + H&W $4.57/hr.
