Na Ali'i Senior Contracts Manager, Line of Business Lead manages a small team of contract management professionals supporting two of the Nakupuna Companies' Lines of Business (LoB) and oversees the full contract-lifecycle from pursuit to closeout. Responsibilities
The LoB Lead will be a leader and mentor for a contract team supporting two lines of business, and will be responsible for ensuring performance and effective implementation of process improvements . The LoB Lead will provide strategic guidance to Program Managers, Senior Managers, and Business Development team from a contract management perspective.

The projected compensation range for this position is $160,000 to $185,000 (annualized USD). The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies' total compensation package for employees.

- Oversee and manage operations for two of Nakupuna's Lines of Business (LoBs), maintaining ownership and accountability for Contracts & Procurement (C&P) functions within those business lines.
- Be the primary C&P representative for Managing Directors and Senior Managers within assigned LoBs, influencing and informing strategic decisions for the company
- Contribute to decision-making with C&P Leadership; make recommendations for department-wide policy and process
- Accountable for the end-to-end Service Delivery experience within their LoBs, including:
- Operational oversight
- Ensure coordination and alignment across Contracts and Subcontract/Procurement functions in their LoBs
- Monitor progression of open items, and emerging risks
- Coordinate workflows to ensure seamless operations and customer support
- Identify opportunities for improvements in processes or workflows
- Ensure adherence to departmental processes; identifying and escalating compliance or process issues as needed
- Communication Monitoring
- Maintain awareness of key communications across their assigned LoBs
- Engage as needed to promote responsiveness, clarity, and positive working relationships
- Service Standard Reinforcement
- Reinforce expectations of team and promote accountability for timely acknowledgement, clear ownership, professional work product
- Coach team members where gaps or inconsistencies are observed
- Responsible for managing and balancing workload among the contract management staff in their chain of command.
- Resolve or escalate project issues to C&P Leadership, as appropriate.
- Support data integrity and reporting accuracy for their assigned LoBs.
- Assist team with contract management functions, as needed, including:
- Advise program teams on contractual risks, including clearly distinguishing between routine business risks and high-risk issues (e.g., regulatory violations, reputational impact, or material contractual noncompliance)
- Negotiate agreements
- Identification and mitigation of organizational conflicts of interest (OCI)
- Attend or support meetings with customer as needed, to include contract kick-off meetings
- Official correspondence and other exchanges with customers on high-priority matters
- Support contract closeout activities
- Support Bid and Proposal team by providing contract analysis and review of solicitations and bids
- Serve as the Schedule Manager for one or more of Nakupuna's contract vehicles
Qualifications

Education/Experience:
- This position requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- 12+ years of professional experience with contracts management in the federal space.
- Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, Public Law.
- Experience with Costpoint/CMS is preferred.
- Prior Government-side experience is desired but not required.
