We are seeking an experienced All-Source Analyst (Expert) to provide advanced Order of Battle (OOB) production and Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) analysis supporting foreign space capabilities and regional security issues. This position requires a highly analytical intelligence professional capable of producing authoritative database intelligence while developing strategic-level written assessments that provide deeper context and insight for operational planners and senior decision-makers.

The ideal candidate combines extensive experience maintaining intelligence databases with exceptional strategic writing skills to transform complex intelligence into accurate, comprehensive, and mission-relevant intelligence products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update Order of Battle (OOB) intelligence within the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and analytical integrity.
  • Conduct comprehensive all-source analysis to identify, evaluate, and document foreign military organizations, force structures, capabilities, equipment, infrastructure, and operational activities.
  • Produce detailed MIDB intelligence records that accurately characterize foreign military and space-related capabilities.
  • Research, validate, and integrate intelligence from multiple sources to support authoritative OOB production and database development.
  • Develop strategic intelligence assessments, analytical papers, executive summaries, and written products that expand upon MIDB data to provide operational and strategic context.
  • Analyze foreign doctrine, capabilities, intent, vulnerabilities, and emerging threats to support Combatant Commands and national-level decision-makers.
  • Apply Intelligence Community Analytic Tradecraft Standards to all database production and finished intelligence products.
  • Identify intelligence gaps, inconsistencies, and collection opportunities to improve the quality and completeness of MIDB holdings.
  • Collaborate with intelligence analysts across multiple disciplines to ensure database accuracy and analytic consistency.
  • Brief senior leadership on significant intelligence developments, OOB assessments, and strategic implications .


Qualifications

  • 20+ years of intelligence analysis experience supporting the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, or equivalent national security organizations.
  • Extensive experience producing and maintaining Order of Battle (OOB) intelligence within the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB).
  • Demonstrated expertise conducting all-source analysis of foreign military organizations, capabilities, force structures, and operational activities.
  • Strong strategic writing experience producing intelligence assessments, white papers, executive summaries, and finished intelligence products.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to integrate multiple intelligence disciplines into comprehensive database intelligence and written assessments.
  • Thorough understanding of Intelligence Community Analytic Tradecraft Standards and structured analytic methodologies.
  • Master's degree in a related discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a polygraph .

Desired
  • Experience supporting space intelligence, space operations, or foreign space capability analysis.
  • Knowledge of Southeast Asia regional military organizations and foreign space programs.
  • Experience supporting Combatant Commands, Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), or other Intelligence Community organizations.
  • Experience briefing senior DoD or Intelligence Community leadership.
  • Familiarity with intelligence database governance, data quality standards, and enterprise intelligence production processes.
