Welcome ASSETS Incumbents:
Thank you for your interest in Serco. This post is exclusively open to incumbents supporting the current ASSETS contract. It is intended to provide an opportunity for qualified incumbents to express interest in continuing support for the ASSETS II contract. We are excited to continue this important work and deeply value the expertise, professionalism, and dedication you bring as incumbent team members. As we start transition activities, some of the first steps are to collect some basic information and updated resumes from all current team members. We will be communicating contact information for management team members, upcoming schedules, site visits, and activities soon. For roles available in multiple states, the range may vary to reflect differences in local labor markets. In addition to base salary, eligible positions may include other forms of compensation such as annual bonuses or long-term incentive opportunities.
