Immediate Need for Jr. Business Analyst/Tester
Company: Accenture Federal
Job Title: Jr. Business Analyst/Tester
Location: Washington, DC (onsite 5 days per week)
Clearance Required: Active Top Secret
Rate: $45 an hour (some flex)

Jira/Agile (At least one of the 2)
BA/Testing experience with a good personality

Key Responsibilities
Identify functional requirements and develop user stories
Perform manual testing to validate developed features and ensure application quality
Participate in internal design and planning sessions
Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to end users
Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials
Support Scrum Master and team members in Agile activities as needed
Required Qualifications
Active Top Secret clearance (required at start)
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
U.S. Citizenship required (no dual citizens or foreign nationals)
Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of Business Requirements Analysis
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SAFe framework
Experience with JIRA or similar ticketing tools
Exposure to manual testing and QA processes
