You will be the Integrated Program Planner - Level 2 for the F-35 Integrated Program Planning Team which is responsible for delivering precise schedule solutions that keep the F-35 program on-track.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Integrated Program Planner - Level 2 you will be responsible for providing schedule expertise to the F-35 Integrated Program Planning Team, safeguarding baseline control and supporting Earned Value management.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop, maintain, and update integrated program schedules using Deltek Open Plan, Milestones Professional, and Excel.


  • Analyze schedule impacts of new work, apply critical-path methodology, and produce monthly variance analyses.


  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, production, and quality teams to align schedule expectations.


  • Support Earned Value Management processes and ensure schedule data meets validation standards.


  • Identify gaps in planning practices and lead remediation activities to improve schedule reliability.

Further Information About This Opportunity

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.

The position is primarily remote, with more than 50 % of the work performed from home. Occasional on site visits will be required based on program needs, and workspaces will be reserved through our "hotel spaces" system and conference rooms. Candidates must reside within reasonable proximity to the site to commute and accommodate these ad hoc requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

- Experiences with networked schedules

- Experiences delivering briefings to team members and project teams

-Bachelor's degree

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college

• Degree in Construction Management, Program Management, Business Administration

• Experience with networked schedules, integrity checks, and critical path methodology.

• Experience with Schedule Performance Management Techniques, e.g. Earned Value Management

• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Experience with Deltek OpenPlan

• Excellent Communication and Organizational skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
