Description:You will be a Project Engineer for supporting Advanced Development Programs (ADP) you will be responsible for coordinating across engineering teams, ensuring program requirements are met, and delivering project development and process improvements.
• Own day-to-day engineering execution for assigned programs, ensuring performance, cost, and schedule targets are met.
• Identify issues, risks, and opportunities and develop mitigation strategies to proactively manage technical challenges.
• Brief Leadership on projects and contract performance Status.
• Travel to government sites to oversee site survey's and customer interactions
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Engineering or alternative Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) degree
• Prior technical project leadership experience
• Experience developing and managing project/program schedules (Microsoft Project, Open Plan, or similar)
• Experience communicating with multi-disciplined engineering teams
• Experience working with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Already holds minimum of Secret security clearance.
Desired Skills:
• Coordination with Classified IT, Cyber and Government Sites for deployment of Infrastructure and Govt locations before
• • EVMS (Earned Value Management System) and/or CAM (Control Account Management) experience
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Experience with Risk and Opportunity management and systems such as ROADS
• Experience with project performance and metric tools such as Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), OpenPlan and Tableau
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
