Job Description
Position Responsibilities
• Serve as the contractor Project Manager and primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer and COR.
• Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives, modernization efforts, and business process improvement projects for SFLC-BOD.
• Participate as a member of joint working groups supporting SFLC strategic initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance and coordination for cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Manage diverse and matrixed teams to achieve the objectives of SFLC strategic projects and pilots.
• Use modern IT project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Apply Agile project management methodologies.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Facilitate meetings, develop courses of action, prepare decision-maker artifacts, and navigate complex processes.
• Coordinate actions required for successful project execution and completion.
• Prepare and deliver professional-level reports throughout the project lifecycle, including final summary reports.
• Support business process improvement and modernization initiatives.
• Lead integrated teams to define, document, and implement modernization strategies and solutions.
• Develop and maintain implementation and modernization Plans of Action and Milestones.
• Lead stakeholders and integrated teams to execute projects in accordance with approved POA&Ms.
• Support timely delivery of outcomes and adherence to quality standards.
Required Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience providing project or program management support for business, operations, IT, modernization, or process improvement efforts.
• Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional and matrixed teams.
• Experience preparing project plans, schedules, resource plans, risk management approaches, reports, and decision-support materials.
• Experience facilitating meetings, tracking actions, managing stakeholders, and supporting leadership decision-making.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methods.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to serve as the Government-facing single point of contact for contract performance.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to satisfy Government access, badging, suitability, and cybersecurity training requirements.

• Experience supporting hybrid teams across Government and contractor work locations.
