This position is ideal for a strategic recruiting professional who excels at building partnerships, driving talent acquisition strategies, and delivering exceptional hiring outcomes.
As a trusted advisor to business leaders, you will manage full-cycle recruiting efforts and help attract top talent that supports mission-critical aerospace and defense programs. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely while requiring candidates to reside within a commutable distance of Clearfield, Utah for occasional onsite recruiting events and business support.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting through offer stage, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate assessment, selection, and offer management.
- Serve as the primary recruiting partner and trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders.
- Conduct intake and strategy sessions to define role requirements, hiring expectations, and recruitment plans.
- Provide market intelligence regarding talent availability, hiring trends, compensation competitiveness, and recruiting timelines.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and relationship management.
- Assess candidates for technical qualifications, cultural alignment, organizational values, and mission fit.
- Track, analyze, and communicate recruiting metrics to Talent Acquisition leadership and business stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, recruiting processes, and applicable regulations.
- Ensure accurate candidate and requisition data management within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience, OR
- Minimum of 6 years of Talent Acquisition experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience recruiting technical talent across disciplines such as:
- Systems Engineering
- Software Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Aerospace Engineering
- and/or
Non-technical functions including:- Business Operations
- Production
- Supply Chain
- Operations Management
- Experience using Workday Recruiting, Eightfold, or similar Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.

- Strong ability to influence stakeholders using recruiting metrics and labor market insights.
