The right candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally.

Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI with CI poly.
Degree and Years of Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus at least 3 years of experience.
Required Certifications: IAT Level II (Security+)

Responsibilities
- Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 support enabling rapid incident/event resolution.
- Performs support via constant, centralized monitoring, technical troubleshooting, remote resolution, and incident management to ensure the availability and accessibility of production systems.
- Coordinates and directs vendor support for incidents that must be elevated beyond Tier 2 expertise for resolution.
- Monitors Unix servers and interface database servers.
- First responder to system alarms/errors.
Qualifications
