Position: Senior Financial Management Analyst (Multiple Openings)
Number of Positions: 4 (varying by experience)
Stakeholder: JIATF 401
Onsite: Yes - 100%
Primary Location: Alexandria, VA (BAT)
Percent of Travel Required: Up to 10%
Type of Travel: CONUS
Minimum Clearance to Start: Secret
The Opportunity:
The person in this role will perform senior financial management, budget formulation, financial execution, SAP/GFEBS analysis, audit readiness, and financial systems support for a Joint Interagency Task Force reporting to the Deputy Secretary of Defense supporting rapid Joint C-sUAS acquisition.
Responsibilities:
• Support budget formulation, justification, execution, reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Perform Budget Operations, Investment Planning, Financial Systems, and Audit/Internal Controls functions.
• Use GFEBS, LMP, SAP FI/AM, ERP and Business Intelligence tools.
• Support FIAR initiatives, ULO resolution, SAP IDOC troubleshooting, DCPS/ATAAPS corrections.
• Prepare WBS, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, MIPRs and Sales Orders.
• Analyze appropriations, resource allocation, execution rates and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with program managers, comptrollers and contracting personnel.
• Develop forecasts, financial metrics and executive briefings.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years (or HS with 10+ years).
• Highly proficient with GFEBS, SAP, LMP, ERP financial systems.
• Experience with Army financial management, budget execution, audit readiness and fiscal controls.
• Secret clearance.
Desired Skills:
• CGFM, CPA, CIA or CMA preferred.
• Experience with FIAR, SAP, GFEBS, ERP, Business Intelligence, appropriations law, budget formulation.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently.
Salary Range: $140K - $175K (varying by position and experience)
