GVI Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Senior Program Management Analyst to join our Team in Dahlgren, VA.
GVI is seeking a Senior Program Management Analyst to provide analytical, programmatic, and strategic support for high-visibility Department of Defense programs. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside military and civilian leadership, helping drive mission readiness through data-driven analysis, program oversight, and informed decision-making.
As a Senior Program Management Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting Navy program execution by collecting, reviewing, analyzing, and presenting information that enables effective program management and executive decision-making.

As a Senior Program Management Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting Navy program execution by collecting, reviewing, analyzing, and presenting information that enables effective program management and executive decision-making.
Responsibilities include:
- Collect, evaluate, and analyze programmatic, financial, and technical information supporting Navy acquisition and operational programs.
- Develop reports, briefings, dashboards, and executive-level presentations for government leadership.
- Monitor program performance, milestones, schedules, risks, and deliverables to ensure alignment with program objectives.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Track action items, metrics, and deliverables while ensuring timely completion of program objectives.
- Prepare recommendations that support leadership decision-making and enhance overall program performance.
Required Qualifications
• Must have an active TOP SECRET security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility in DISS.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of professional experience supporting Navy acquisition, program management, or related DoD organizations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience collecting, synthesizing, and presenting complex information to senior leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project and Power BI
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Program Executive Offices (PEOs), Systems Commands (SYSCOMs), or acquisition programs.
- Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes and lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of risk management, performance metrics, and data visualization tools.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), DAWIA certification, or similar credentials are a plus.
