Everforth ECS is seeking a Financial Analyst (Basic) to work in our Dahlgren, VA office. Work is mostly remote with occasional on-site support. Please Note: This position is contingent upon a vacancy and candidate's ability to obtain a clearance.
Functions as a member of a financial team supporting one of the Sea-Based Weapons System Program Offices within the Missile Defense Agency in Dahlgren, VA. Duties could include, but not limited to:
Resolves DAI/PRIDE system errors (document issues /status inaccuracies/monitor help desk tickets).
Salary Range: 45,000-60,000

Functions as a member of a financial team supporting one of the Sea-Based Weapons System Program Offices within the Missile Defense Agency in Dahlgren, VA. Duties could include, but not limited to:
- Prepares funding documents using the DAI Finance & Accounting System.
- Maintains accounting log (log/status for all funding documents).
- Conducts financial execution record keeping and analysis.
- Reconciles DAI/1002 status.
- Generates financial reports.
- Reconciles unliquidated obligations (ULOs).
- Resolves unmatched disbursements (UMDs).
- Builds DAR-Q reports.
- Conducts year-end close out of expiring funds.
Resolves DAI/PRIDE system errors (document issues /status inaccuracies/monitor help desk tickets).
Salary Range: 45,000-60,000
Required Skills

- 2+ years of working experience
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- An active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Strong financial and data analytics skills; demonstrated experience with project support, data collection, reporting, recordkeeping and presenting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multi-task effectively and work under firm and quick turn-around deadlines.
- Ability to manage up; effectively able to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experienced user with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Master's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
- MS Access proficiency.
