Job Description
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Program Quality Manager to join our team in Oahu, HI .

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leads the implementation of the quality management system and coordinates regular process reviews across multi-functional departments.
- Validate audit findings and authorize corrective action plans to maintain enterprise-wide compliance.
- Monitor high-value performance indicators and lead internal teams in achieving organizational quality goals.
- Executes strategic quality oversight for logistics and sustainment deliverables intended for theater mission partners.
- Validate the accuracy of complex technical reports and lead internal assessments to ensure alignment with the theater campaign plan.
- Coordinate with task leads to proactively identify and resolve programmatic quality issues before they impact mission readiness in the Indo-Pacific.
- Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Quality Management, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of position relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
- Experience in formal quality oversight and acting as a functional lead for process improvement deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Six Sigma Green Belt or ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE).
- Experience with ISO 9001:2015 or AS9100 standards in a DoD environment.
Clearance Requirement:
- Must hold an active Secret clearance
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
