Job Description
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-driven Senior Knowledge Manager to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii .

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leads the implementation of the Knowledge Management strategy and coordinates the maintenance of information repositories across multi-functional departments.
- Validate the integrity of shared data and authorize KM process updates to maintain organizational alignment.
- Monitor KM performance metrics and lead internal teams in achieving complex information-sharing goals.
- Will execute strategic KM oversight for logistics and sustainment operations across the Indo-Pacific theater.
- Validate the accuracy of theater-specific data repositories and lead internal assessments to ensure alignment with theater-level reporting standards.
- Coordinate with mission partners to proactively identify and resolve information bottlenecks before they impact regional mission readiness.
- Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Business, Management, Information Science, or a related field.
- 12+ years of position relevant experience.
- Experience in formal KM oversight and acting as a functional lead for information sharing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CKM or PMP certification.
- Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, or other enterprise collaboration tools in a DoD environment.
- Knowledge of USSOCOM operational data standards.
Clearance Requirement:
- Must hold an active Top Secret clearance
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
