Job Description
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Master Scheduler to join our team in Oahu, HI .

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leads the development of the Integrated Master Schedule and coordinates schedule updates across multi-functional departments.
- Validate schedule health metrics and authorize adjustments to the critical path to maintain program alignment.
- Monitor performance against schedule baselines and lead internal teams in achieving complex milestone goals.
- Executes strategic schedule oversight for logistics and sustainment milestones across the Indo-Pacific theater.
- Validate the accuracy of task-level schedules and lead internal assessments to ensure alignment with theater-specific operational standards.
- Coordinate with mission partners to proactively identify and resolve schedule slips before they impact regional mission readiness.
- Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- 12+ years of position relevant experience.
- Experience in formal schedule oversight and acting as a functional lead for schedule integration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMI-SP or PMP certification.
- DAWIA Level II in Program Management (or equivalent).
- Experience with MS Project or Primavera in a DoD environment.
Clearance Requirement:
- Must hold an active Secret Clearance
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
