Job Description

Software Integration Engineer Sr, driving the full technology development lifecycle—from system and software design to collaboration, automation tooling, infrastructure upgrades, and seamless software integration. You’ll work across a diverse set of host environments, including aircraft software, high‑fidelity simulators, and lab setups that blend constructive simulations, physical hardware, and system‑level models.

Your Core Responsibilities:
- **Develop, integrate, support, and debug** cutting‑edge software across multiple platforms.
- **Own and troubleshoot** CI/CD pipelines, ensuring builds are fast, reliable, and reproducible.
- **Champion virtual development labs** and aircraft‑software workflows, keeping them nimble and user‑friendly.
- **Design and build** automation frameworks using a mix of open‑source, commercial, and in‑house tools—letting you experiment with the latest technologies.
- **Engage daily** in scrums, sprint reviews, and technical demos, sharing progress and learning with the team.

Required experience/Basic qualifications
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in a STEM discipline (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of Experience programming in C++ and/or Java
• 3+ years of Experience programming in Python
• 1-2 years of Experience developing software on Linux (RedHat or SUSE12)
Experience with simulation software environments

Desired skills :
• Experience with CI tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Bitbucket
• Experience with Real-time software development and integration
• A strong interest in supporting software development for airborne systems
• Experience with aircraft sensors, datalinks, navigation, and/or weapons
• Experience with Open Mission Systems
• Experience leading software projects
