Boston Government Services, LLC. (BGS) is seeking a Facility Engineering Integration Lead to support our clients in Oak Ridge, TN.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the integration of facility design with process equipment and supporting systems.
• Coordinate engineering activities across multiple disciplines to ensure a cohesive facility design.
• Develop and maintain technical requirements for facility design and integration.
• Provide technical direction, oversight, and guidance to facility design subcontractors.
• Review and approve engineering designs, calculations, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Ensure facility designs meet project objectives, applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Identify and resolve design integration issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineering teams, construction personnel, and client representatives.
• Participate in design reviews, technical meetings, and project planning activities.
• Support engineering change management and ensure design modifications are properly evaluated and documented.
• Provide technical recommendations to improve project execution, constructability, and long-term facility performance.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or another related engineering discipline from an ABET-accredited university.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant engineering experience, including facility design, engineering integration, or large capital construction projects.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and design activities.
• Experience overseeing engineering subcontractors or design consultants.
• Strong understanding of facility engineering principles, engineering design processes, and project execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical teams and stakeholders.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Successful drug screening.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security or clearance badge.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience supporting Department of Energy (DOE), National Laboratory, commercial nuclear, or other highly regulated industrial facilities.
• Experience with nuclear facility design or complex industrial process facilities.
• Knowledge of engineering quality assurance programs and design control requirements.
• Familiarity with design reviews, configuration management, and systems integration processes.
Location/Work Arrangement:
• Onsite position in Oak Ridge. TN.
• Schedule is full-time Monday-Friday, 40-hour week.
