QSSHire is seeking an Enterprise Data Engineer to support the development of enterprise data pipelines and ETL solutions that transform structured and unstructured data into trusted, actionable information. This role focuses on building scalable data integration workflows, automating data processing, and ensuring high-quality datasets that enable mission-critical analytics and operational decision-making.

In This Role, You'll:
• Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable ETL pipelines using Python and SQL.
• Write efficient Python scripts to automate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, reporting, and performance.
• Integrate structured and unstructured data from multiple sources including relational databases, APIs, and flat files.
• Design and implement data transformation, enrichment, and modeling workflows.
• Ensure data structures are optimized for scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability.
• Implement data quality validation, monitoring, and cleansing processes to improve accuracy and consistency.
• Support enterprise data integration initiatives across multiple systems and platforms.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices for Palantir or similar enterprise ETL platforms.
• Troubleshoot data pipeline issues and implement improvements to increase reliability and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with software engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise data solutions.

You'll Succeed Here If You Have:
• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph required to start.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering.
• Strong experience developing solutions using Python.
• Advanced SQL skills for querying, transformation, optimization, and data modeling.
• Experience building ETL pipelines and integrating data from APIs, relational databases, and file-based systems.
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively within Agile and cross-functional technical teams.

Desired Skills:
• Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry or similar enterprise ETL/data integration platforms.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with big data technologies such as Apache Spark or Hadoop.
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools including Apache Airflow, Prefect, or similar technologies.
• Experience designing scalable enterprise data architectures.
• Familiarity with data quality, governance, and data engineering best practices.
