Computer Technologies Consultants (CTC) is seeking a Project Manager to support the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) in Washington, DC.

Position Title : Project Manager

Position Location : On-site - Washington, DC

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Project Initiation & Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define needs and objectives.
  • Requirements Gathering: Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and implementation plans.
  • Resource & Budget Management: Assign tasks to Contractor personnel and forecast labor burn rate.
  • Execution & Monitoring: Oversee daily progress, manage the schedule, and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential issues and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between Contractor technical teams and the COR and executive leadership to manage expectations.


Required Years of Experience (min) :
  • PMP or a minimum of 10 years of experience


Required Degree/Certifications :
  • Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field
  • Preferred Certification: PMP


Required Experience & Expertise in the following areas :
  • Must be able to effectively quantify specific, detailed information for their recommendations in written and verbal formats.
  • A working understanding of Information Technology (IT) and Cybersecurity capabilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills to facilitate clear and concise delivery statuses on multiple, concurrent activities.
  • Attention to detail.
  • The ability to define requirements and prepare task proposals, to include budget and schedule development.
  • Experience with project management tools.
  • Experience developing policies, procedures, and work instructions.
  • The ability to identify, assess, and mitigate potential technical and other project-related risks.
  • The ability to assess project deliverables to help ensure deliverables meet client requirements.


Required Clearance :
  • Public Trust Tier 2 clearance level and background check.


Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $145k++

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
