Job Description
Application Developer Senior
Develops software based on requirements developed by Business Analysts to meet the business needed at enterprise, large-scale level. All work is within the application development framework used by the organization. Collaborates with a Business Analyst to meet the requirement of fulfilling the client’s goals to implement the business solution. Proficiently executes the work using the tools and techniques implemented for the project. Works directly with Systems Architect to develop and implement new third party applications, tools, and programming libraries to meet the business development goals of the client. Utilizes web-based software such as Java, HTML, .NET, AngularJS, JavaScript, SOAP, REST API, mobile development, and Web Based API in the building of software applications.
The Application Developer – Senior must support all five core tasks:
• API requirements analysis and decomposition
• Design, development, implementation, and testing of APIs on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
• 24/7 production sustainment support including hot fixes and incident response
• DevSecOps CI/CD pipeline development and deployment
• Cybersecurity compliance including ATO support, STIG implementation, and ACAS remediation
• ICAM solution implementation and partner migration support
• Agile/Scrum methodology execution with Government as Product Owner
Minimum Experience:
• Five (5) years of total work experience developing.
• Experience with application programming interfaces (APIs) to support Low-Code/No-Code
Development of Platform models.
• Experience using low-code/no-code business process modeling notation (BPMN) tools.
• Experience developing application/process automation software based on BPMN models,
experience using software tools such as Appian, Salesforce, Nintex, etc. with Microsoft SQL Server
databases and Microsoft .NET development environment.
• Experience in agile and hybrid low-code application development.
• Experience in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform based development.
Education:
• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related
discipline
Clearance:
• DoD Secret
Certification:
• CompTIA A+ or CompTIA Security+
