BAE Systems is seeking an exceptional Project Manager for an exciting opportunity to support the Air Force's sutainment of the Minuteman III Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM).

Tell me about this job. This Project Manager will be supporting the Ground Electrical Branch, and will directly support Government Program Managers responsible for the Airborne Launch Control System (ALCS) and the Higher Authortity Communications/Rapid Messaging Processing Element (HAC/RMPE) programs..
The ICBM System Program Office must ensure a safe, secure and reliable MMIII weapon system as required by the war fighter (Air Force Global Strike Command).
Location: Fully onsite, 5 days a week, at Hill Air Force Base. Hybrid work schedule will be considered.
This position will directly support the MMIII Ground Electrical ALCS and HAC/RMPE programs as they sustain the weapon system capabilities for the ICBM fleet. Duties will include providing expert advice and support to ICBM program leaders on all aspects throughout the acquisition cycle. Team members will assist in the day-to-day operations of the ALCS and HAC/RMPE programs, including status tracking, meeting support, cost control monitoring, and integrated master schedule (IMS) management. The position interacts with government customer staff and senior leaders in the Office of, Headquarter Air Force, Air Force Global Strike Command, U.S. Strategic Command, as well as other MMIII team partners. This team will also coordinate and integrate actions with other program managers, engineers, logisticians, testers, and external agencies. Our team includes existing staff with extensive expertise in the current Minuteman III weapon system and actively participates in ongoing studies and assessments for this next generation ICBM system.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Minimum 7 years of progressive technical experience
- Must have a current (within last 6 years) Secret security clearance or higher and be able to obtain a Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a reasonable timeframe.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- ICBM program or maintenance experience with any aspect of Minuteman III weapon systems is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with, or willingness to rapidly learn, schedule management programs such as Primavera or Microsoft Project is desired.
- Proficiency using office software such as Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Confluences and JIRA is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communications skills in addition to sound interpersonal skills involving interfacing, coordinating and negotiating with customer and company personnel.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $107359 - $182510
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
