Supply Technician Support – SCA 01410
Location: Remote
Minimum Clearance Required: Secret
Salary: Minimum salary offered: $32.04/hour
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required, as this position necessitates an active U.S. Government Security Clearance for employment. Non-U.S. citizens are not eligible to obtain a U.S. security clearance. The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF), a federal government agency, handles the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance process for industry applicants. Adjudicative factors which affect the outcome of the eligibility determination include, but are not limited to, allegiance to the U.S., foreign influence, foreign preference, criminal conduct, security violations, and illegal drug use.
As a Supply Technician Support, you will help manage inventory, track equipment and repair parts, and support the full lifecycle of material handling. The role involves coordinating orders, inspections, and shipments, as well as maintaining clean, accurate logistics data. Collaboration with program and supply chain teams is key to ensuring materials are accounted for and ready when required.

What You Will Do:
- Manage and track inventory, repair parts, and equipment supporting program and fleet requirements.
- Coordinate ordering, receipt, inspection, and issuance of materials to ensure timely mission support.
- Maintain accurate logistics data, inventory databases, and system records to support reporting and accountability.
- Support shipping, receiving, and material movement activities, including inspection of incoming cargo and equipment.
- Perform inventory reconciliation and assist in resolving discrepancies across logistics systems.
- Generate reports, documentation, and correspondence supporting logistics operations and program tracking.
- Coordinate with internal program teams, supply chain personnel, and government stakeholders to ensure material readiness. Utilize logistics and inventory management systems to track assets, maintain records, and support operational requirements. Assist with financial tracking related to logistics activities, including material accountability and audit readiness.
Who You Are and What You Need:
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required
- Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience
- Experience with Navy logistics systems (e.g., R-Supply, Navy ERP, or similar)
- Familiarity with Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) concepts
- Experience supporting communications, C5ISR, or mission systems programs
- Prior experience supporting programs aligned to NAVAIR, NAVSEA, or fleet operations
- Experience supporting shipboard logistics operations. Experience supporting surface ships such as Destroyers (DDG), Cruisers, or similar platforms preferred
