Summary:
• Design, develop, and implement secure and efficient systems and infrastructure.
• Manage complex IT systems, data lifecycle, and orchestration in cloud environments including Azure and AWS.
• Conduct system security, risk assessments, vulnerability testing, and ensure compliance with accreditation processes like ATO/ATD.
• Integrate Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts into systems engineering.
• Utilize Python scripting for automation and Windows PowerShell for administrative tasks.
• Document projects using Jira and Confluence.

• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 13+ years
• Total Compensation: $265k+ yearly (tentative)

• Provide hands-on support and guidance to senior leadership on emerging technologies and innovative solutions.
• Contribute to advancing strategic objectives in cloud engineering, data lifecycle management, and strategic contracting.
• Collaborate with various teams to develop, maintain, and optimize secure and efficient systems.
• Design and implement complex system architectures and infrastructure for cyber intelligence data collection, processing, and analysis.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of systems critical to the cyber mission.
• Identify potential vulnerabilities, perform comprehensive risk assessments, and implement security measures across computing environments.
• Provide expert technical guidance on system security, compliance, accreditation, and best practices for secure data transfer and ingestion.
• Recommend and configure tools for data lifecycle management, ensuring data integrity, secure transfer, and accessibility.
• Provide expertise in the implementation and optimization of data orchestration platforms.
• Assess, integrate, and manage resources in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) to support organizational objectives.
• Perform global and local administrative functions within cloud infrastructure to facilitate access to services and data.
• Recommend and implement cloud-based solutions to support the secure, effective operation of critical cyber systems.
• Utilize Cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), Security assessment tools, Data orchestration platforms, System architectural design software, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Research and implement Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) integration into systems engineering, application, or tool development.
