Position Overview
We are seeking a mid-level Technical Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience recruiting cleared professionals, specifically supporting Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) requirements. This individual will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and closing highly cleared technical talent in support of mission-driven programs across the Intelligence Community.
The ideal candidate understands the nuances of GOV CON recruiting, has an established pipeline of cleared professionals, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for technical and functional positions requiring clearances
Source, screen, and qualify candidates with active clearances across IC and DoW agencies such as National Security Agency, Central Intelligence Agency, National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, and related mission partners
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of cleared talent including Software Engineers, DevSecOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Cybersecurity SMEs, Systems Engineers, and Analysts
Partner closely with hiring managers, capture teams, and program leadership to understand technical requirements and clearance constraints
Provide market intelligence on compensation trends, clearance availability, and competitive landscape
Manage candidates through offer negotiation, counteroffer strategy, and pre-employment processing
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within ATS/CRM systems
Attend cleared job fairs, networking events, and community engagement opportunities to expand network
Required Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in cleared recruiting, with a strong focus on Full Scope Polygraph positions
Demonstrated success placing candidates into IC contracts and programs
Deep understanding of clearance types (TS/SCI, CI Poly, Full Scope Poly) and crossover processes
Proven ability to source passive cleared talent through multiple channels
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously
Nice to Have Qualifications
Experience supporting agencies within the IC
An active Top Secret clearance
Existing network of FSP-cleared technical professionals
Experience supporting proposal and surge hiring efforts
Familiarity with compensation structures in the cleared marketplace
