Location: HQDA G-6, Fort Belvoir, VA
Summary: The Operational Technology (OT) Accountability Oversight Technician serves as a key member of the HQDA G-6 Cybersecurity Integration & Control Systems Division, responsible for ensuring the effective oversight, reporting, and implementation of cybersecurity measures for Army-wide OT systems. This position supports the Army’s mission by overseeing accurate OT inventories, facilitating system accreditation, and driving compliance with cybersecurity policies and procedures.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Oversee and report the inventory status of Army-wide OT systems using existing Army real property, acquisitions, and risk management programs of record.
• Monitor, track, and report on the progress of OT system registration and accreditation within the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS).
• Collect, consolidate, and report to Army senior leaders on the status of Army-wide OT inventory, assessments, remediation activities, sensoring, and monitoring efforts.
• Draft, review, and update Army OT policies and procedures to formalize OT cybersecurity implementation and oversight.
• Coordinate and collaborate with Army OT stakeholders, including installation personnel, system owners, cybersecurity teams, and external partners, to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
• Support the development and implementation of OT cybersecurity training and awareness programs for Army personnel.
• Participate in Army-wide working groups, committees, and forums focused on OT cybersecurity and accountability.
• Provide technical guidance and subject matter expertise to Army leadership and stakeholders regarding OT cybersecurity best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the integration of OT cybersecurity requirements into Army acquisition, sustainment, and modernization initiatives.
• Stay current with emerging OT cybersecurity threats, technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure Army policies and practices remain effective and compliant.
• Work closely with Army OT stakeholders, including installation commanders, system owners, cybersecurity professionals, and external agencies.
• Facilitate information sharing and coordination across Army organizations to ensure consistent OT cybersecurity implementation and oversight.
• Engage with senior Army leaders to provide updates, briefings, and recommendations on OT accountability and cybersecurity status.

• Experience developing, configuring, and maintaining data dashboards or analytics platforms (such as Army Vantage) to support real-time tracking and reporting for senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret, and integrate data from diverse Army systems, with a focus on ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, understand business and technical requirements, and translate them into effective dashboard solutions.
Qualifications:
• Experience in OT system management, cybersecurity, and policy development.
• Familiarity with Army Real Property programs of record and eMASS.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
