BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & SALES
Location: Remote (U.S.). Must live within commuting distance of a major customer hub: DC metro, Huntsville AL, Tampa FL, Colorado Springs CO, Dayton OH, St. Louis MO, Norfolk VA, or Omaha NE.

Clearance: Active Secret required; TS/SCI strongly preferred

About the Role
We are hiring two high-impact hunter roles in the same organization:
Combatant Commands & Department of War – Own pipeline across COCOMs and the Department of War enterprise. Focus on operational and theater requirements.
Intelligence Community & GEOINT – Own pipeline across the IC and national GEOINT enterprise, with emphasis on NGA, NRO, and service intelligence components.
Both are quota-carrying business development positions in a fast-moving, mission-driven market. You will build pipeline, run early capture, shape requirements, and advance opportunities from identification through proposal.
What You’ll Do
Own and grow a disciplined pipeline with strong CRM hygiene and forecasting
Engage operational, theater, and national customers to shape geospatial intelligence requirements
Run early-stage capture, develop account plans, and identify teaming opportunities
Coordinate closely with sales engineering and proposal teams to advance qualified pursuits
Represent EarthDaily Federal at key defense, GEOINT, and IC industry events
Required Qualifications
8+ years of federal business development experience selling into DoD/Department of War, combatant commands, or the Intelligence Community
Proven quota attainment and pipeline ownership
Established relationships across target customers
Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and relevant contract vehicles
Experience thriving at startups or smaller, high-growth companies
Preferred Qualifications
Active TS/SCI clearance
Direct relationships at COCOMs, NGA, NRO, or other priority accounts
Prior military, COCOM staff, or IC customer-side experience
Capture management training (Shipley or equivalent)
